While depression and anxiety are two different medical conditions, their symptoms, causes, and treatments can often overlap; not least because one can often cause the other.
Symptoms of Major Depression
lack of interest in enjoyable activities
increase or decrease in appetite
insomnia or hypersomnia
slowing of movement
lack of energy
feelings of guilt or worthlessness
suicidal thoughts or behaviours
Symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder
being easily fatigued

EFT works by tapping a series of acupressure points on the face and upper body with two fingers whilst focusing on a voicing our issues. This helps to “short-circuit” the fight or flight (stress) response and allows you to think more clearly about and release the problem.
